Freedom Valley H-D is a solid example of a business that builds momentum by growing relationships (vs. only being transaction-focused). I can only share my view: it's a welcoming/friendly environment, doing business with them (buying bikes, service, etc.) has been easy/transparent/no pressure, and the service team is fantastic ... and has gone out of their way to accommodate me (needs, schedules, and so on). And for me one of my favorite aspects of them is no gimmicks. I don't care much for some of H-D's direction at the C-level, but Freedom Valley seems to remain focused on the motorcycle enthusiast.
